Pain Management is it Physical or Mental

Again I question the phrase Pain Management. The goal is to get rid of the pain. Management sounds like an issue that will on going for many months or even years. Perhaps management of pain is the plan that involves doing something that will stop the pain from occurring such as taking a B complex supplement for migraines.

Pain Management for Migraines

For women that routinely get a migraine during their monthly period, the answer may be as simple as B vitamins. You would want to take an additional B complex supplement starting a week to 10 days before you are due to start menstruation.

If you have never experienced a Migraine, may you continue to be so blessed. I do not believe anyone can accurately describe the pain. There was a time in my life that I suffered frequently from Migraines. I had a year of pure hell with cluster Migraines sometimes 4 a day.

I have not had a Migraine in the last 3 years. Knock wood. I did some diet changes by eliminating some foods, added the B complex supplements, worked with EFT to release stress and so far so good. The last Migraine I had was totally stress related. Sometimes, no matter what you attempt to do, the stress just overwhelms you.

Pain Management, the ultimate goal is Pain Elimination.

Oh I almost forgot. A link for you to check out. When was the last time you saved a life for $5.00

Kickstart Daily Meanderings: "That initiative is called the LifeStraws Challenge.
Lifestraws are a new invention that allows a person to drink dirty, contaminated water through a tube and be safe. The tube filters, cleans and neutralizes the water.
Each LifeStraw will process up to 700 liters of water - enough for an adult to survive on for a year. Yet they are only about 10 inches long. They filter out all kinds of harmful micro-organisms.
They save lives.
But saving lives comes at a price.
Each straw costs a bit less than a Starbucks' Latte."
