Flatten Your Belly with CLA

There is one popular supplement you may want to add to your efforts to reduce belly fat. CLA or conjugated linoleic acid is popular because it works. You can read the full article at Flatten your Belly with CLA

Past studies have found that stress hormones like adrenalin and cortisol, released when a person is stressed, may harm the body by suppressing the immune system and constricting blood vessels. Conversely, researchers believe laughing causes the body to release beneficial chemicals called endorphins, which may counteract the effects of stress hormones and cause blood vessels to dilate.

Laughing may also boost the immune system and reduce inflammation. We all know that inflammation anywhere increases the risk of serious health issues.

With this in mind, please check out two very funny videos. One is on phobias and the other is a laughing baby and I defy you to not laugh along. They are both very short and will only take a moment or two to brighten your day. I admit I replayed the baby a couple of times.

I am considering becoming a distributor for audio books. These would be available for instant download and could be used on an mp3 player or burn a cd. Question have you ever downloaded an audio book and would you be interested in having access to audio books.

My back is much better now. Too many things have been left undone around the house, but I don't want to stress my back for a while yet.

The big annual arts and crafts show is this weekend and I am trying to figure out how to attend that and still get to work on time. To really see everything you need about 4 hours and I only have maybe 3 between when the show opens and when my shift starts at the store.

I am also starting a blog on belly fat ---Belly Fat Blues --- and Thanksgiving is next week and I want to put up a free book of sorts. It will have Christmas stories for families - children. It will be my Christmas gift to you. Busy busy busy.

until next time smile

Natural Treatments for Gout

I have been working on the Arthritis Help pages of my web site. Two new articles are posted. Check them out for information for yourself or a friend.

Natural Treatments for Gout

Since the basic cause of Gout is usually found in the diet, that is a good place to begin to prevent any further Gout symptoms and to get rid of a current gout problem.

Try adding vitamin B5 since a deficiency of pantothenic acid allows a build up of excess uric acid. Studies on animals have shown....

Reiter's Syndrome: Symptoms, Causes, and Treatment

I need to get back to posting on pain management. I had a customer hand me a case of fireplace logs the other night and I can hardly move. Those things weight a ton and when you are not ready to hold up a big weight it can really put you out of commission. He may have been balanced but I was not. I was half turned around as he approached me from behind and said "here" and then let go. It was stupid but I tried to grab it before the case hit the floor and my foot.

Oh well, I can't stay in any one position for very long which is probably good because it is forcing me to do a variety of things besides sit at this computer. Cuts down on my research time but does keep me moving.
